🍎 Fridays this fall just got a little more special.

We're so excited to introduce our Friday Morning Kindergarten Enrichment Group this Fall — a small, intentional space designed for kindergarten-aged learners in the heart of downtown Leesburg.

This isn't just a class. It's a community.

📚 Led by a licensed teacher & reading specialist with 20+ years of experience
🐾 Featuring Gibson — our beloved facility dog & favorite furry teaching assistant
📅 Fridays, 9–11am | September through May
👧🧒 Max 6 students per teacher
📍 Located at our center in downtown Leesburg

This program is a beautiful fit for learners who are potty trained, ready to separate comfortably from caregivers, and have had some prior group experience — preschool, a co-op, a structured playgroup, or something similar.

Whether your little one is just beginning their learning journey or you're looking for the perfect bridge to a more immersive program, we'd love to have them join our Friday family. 🌿

Let’s stop making learning about “keeping up”

In our microschool, students from 1st–8th grade learn together in a mixed-age community where collaboration, mentorship, and curiosity take the lead. Instead of moving everyone at the same pace, students grow based on their readiness, interests, and strengths.

When learning isn’t a race, kids build confidence, deeper understanding, and meaningful connections along the way. 🌱

Middle school is when many students start learning how to truly manage their own learning.

But it doesn’t usually happen by simply telling students to “be responsible.” It grows when students have the chance to practice managing their work, asking questions, and working through challenges with the right level of support.

In collaborative learning environments, students can begin to take more ownership of their learning — especially in areas like math and literacy where confidence really matters.

They learn how to:
• try a strategy before asking for help
• ask thoughtful questions
• manage their time and tasks
• build confidence solving problems on their own

And that growing independence carries far beyond middle school.
