Today is World Su***de Prevention Day. We’re shifting the narrative from a culture of silence to one of openness, understanding, and support. Changing the narrative means understanding fostering empathy and compassion for those who are struggling. Today, we acknowledge that an increased focus on su***de can be overwhelming for those with a lived or living experience of su***de. It’s crucial to recognize that World Su***de Prevention Day is a day dedicated to raising awareness, fostering change and providing a supportive sense of community and understating for those with lived or living experience. You are not alone!
