🧀Fromage Friday - Laguiole

This week, we’re heading to the Aubrac plateau to discover Laguiole, a cheese with a truly mountainous character. Its story dates back to the 15th century, when monks in Aubrac developed its production in the region’s traditional "burons".

Today, Laguiole remains deeply connected to its terroir, from the high-altitude pastures and Aubrac cattle to the traditional know-how behind its production.
A cheese with centuries of history, and a true taste of the French countryside.
