Let’s give a round of applause to our students who proudly represented Los Banos Valley Community School in this year’s intramural sports season!

Students were honored at our annual sports awards ceremony, where Alejandro Galindo was named the 2024-25 Student Athlete of the Year!

The season featured volleyball, basketball, flag football and dodgeball and had students travel across the Central Valley from Merced to Tracy and everywhere in between.

Los Banos VCS Sports Program was taken to new heights this season. Our teams participated in a total of 5 sports: Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Softball, and Dodgeball. Our teams brought home championships in 4 out of 5 sports. Throughout the season other coaches and administrators raved about our players and their sportsmanship.

Last Friday, Coaches Olguin, Chavez, and Westrope planned the first annual LBVCS Sports Banquet. We want to thank all those who helped make this event happen. Students were honored for their participation and many special awards were given out. What a way to end the year. Congratulations to our athletes and coaches on such a phenomenal year!
