We are excited to welcome Senior Associate James Shecter as our speaker for this week! 😁

James, a Philadelphia native, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey during his undergraduate years, consulting for student startups. He then transitioned to finance, where he provided M&A advisory at Citibank NYC and later worked on transactions at Lee Equity. Recently, he contributed to deploying significant capital into startups as part of 9Yards Capital, while also co-leading The MBA Fund, backing entrepreneurs from top institutions. An avid adventurer, reader, and mentor, James also holds degrees from Wharton and Harvard.

Mark is an experienced chief marketing officer in consumer services, privacy protection, technology, and the gaming industry. He’s spent years helping companies such as Gooten, Wrench, and now Kontrol Media build their brands through strategic marketing. Mark has also successfully launched and led several startups, along with holding 15 patents from his work in data and digital media.

We are excited to welcome founder and chief marketing officer Peter Abraham as our speaker for this week! 🤩

Peter is an experienced founder and chief marketing officer in content creation, technology and sports businesses. He’s spent years helping brands like Nike, Red Bull, Amazon, the Los Angeles Marathon and Canyon Bicycles find their voice and build community. Peter brings a broad set of skills and a lifelong passion for storytelling to his work. In addition, Peter has spent more than 10 years mentoring young professional runners and cyclists and serves on the board of directors of Hoka NAZ Elite, one of the world’s largest professional running teams.
