Eisner College of Education at California State University, Northridge(CSUN) in 2018, specializing in Early Childhood Education. Tamara's research for her thesis focused on the implementation of Reggio Emilia early education philosophy in family child care settings. She is currently an adjunct child development instructor for the sister colleges in Los Angeles Community College District.


3. Homemade nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack is provided throughout the day. Individualized feeding routines are provided for the youngest members our child care family when needed.


4. Spacious child care space, separated into i toddler and preschool play rooms in order to be able to meet the developmental needs of various ages and stages. Many times during the day all children are integrated in order to promote togetherness and invaluable learning from each other.


5. Outside and inside classrooms with various interest areas, such as sand, science, art, blocks, music, library, dramatic play etc.


6. Fun Day program is an active participant of various national Quality Improvement Programs, such as Quality Start LA etc.


7. Ongoing open communication with parents through sharing pictures of daily activities, celebrations of developmental milestones, birthdays, parent music evenings and gatherings etc. Individual updates of your child's menu, social-emotional well-being and behavior can be provided, much more frequently during transition to the program first time etc.


8. Weekly music classes are provided, often culminating to parent music evenings and performances.

9. Weekly yoga classes are provided to support children's social-emotional development and mindfulness skills.


10. Evening and weekend care can be provided upon request and with prior arrangement.


11. Toddler daily tuition $55 (1-2 yrs old), preschooler daily tuition $45 (above 2) for a day extending from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. Part-time care is also provided with $5 additional daily fee.
