One week ago today, Private School Village honored two of our Hollywood Schoolhouse families at PSV Honors. Join us in celebrating Sherita and Javier Trujillo, who created the Black Film Festival, and Jerry and Desiree Manuel, recipients of the Trailblazer Award. Not only did we get to celebrate our current families, we got to reconnect with some alumni families as well, including current PSV Deputy Director Danisha Abdul-Jabbaar!

And… that’s a wrap! We closed out our 80th year of inspired learning and fearless curiosity today. Congratulations to our graduates, and to everyone else, we look forward to welcoming you back to school in August!

Hollywood Schoolhouse parent and tattoo artist Chris Baglio, known on campus as Mr. Spray Can, is bringing inspired learning and fearless curiosity to life in a one-of-a-kind afterschool class. Drawing on LA’s rich history of street art and tattoos, students are exploring culture, creativity, and self-expression as they create original masterpieces. It’s another exciting headline for our school that shows our unique offerings. We are proud that Chris and the class were featured yesterday morning on Good Day LA. Just before we headed off to Spring Break, audiences were treated to an incredible production of Annie Jr.! Our fearless performers shone like stars, supported by our wonderful crew and inspired production team. Congratulations to everyone on a fantastic show!
