The Student Engagement Committee is chaired by Margilane Hernandez () and A.R. Mateo (). The Student Engagement Committee identifies, plans, and organizes events to recruit outstanding Pilipino students to UCLA. 🧠 They also support efforts made by the Pilipino student organizations at UCLA to advocate for the education of Pilipino students and advance research regarding Pilipinos. ✊📚

The Scholarship Committee is chaired by A.R. Mateo (). The Scholarship Committee oversees PAA’s scholarship program including planning, organizing, and administering scholarships. It also maintains a database of scholarship and grants to support students at UCLA and other institutions seeking financial aid.
