Sonic Bloom is our Spring Sound offering that focuses on drawing our attention into our intentions for the next few months. It is part talk / part practice / part letting ourselves drift into sound. The bloom comes unexpectedly, which means our work is simply to drop in.

This therapeutic style yoga class uses dynamic movement, thoughtful stretching, and concentrated breathing to complete a safe and stabilizing practice. Class is done entirely on the ground, which creates stability and good spinal alignment. This class works subtle muscle groups and addresses injuries and chronic tension. Do not be fooled! It will make you work, but it is a very accessible class. Great for beginners and all levels.

Sooo good news: taking a selfie of us doing a handstand in unison proved to be challenging, but possible!
