After 45 minutes of mindfulness and breath-work, both kids were calm, grounded, and ready to relax. It’s not easy to get kids to slow down these days, but it turns out with a few simple tools (and some fun), they’re more than willing to lay back and unwind.

💬 Here’s what one parent had to say:
"Tysm Alex! They loved it. Really was such a great end to the day. My son kept shooing me away, but afterwards, he told me how much he enjoyed it and how good he felt. ❤️❤️🫂"

There are still 3 more weeks of classes left, and it's not too late to join. If your little one could use a bit of peace and calm, we’d love to have them join.

New Meditation for Kids class begins Sept. 16th 🔵

Hi Everyone 🙂
I've been on Outschool for a while now, but haven't had the time to share classes until now. Super excited to share my first! I didn't learn about the power of stillness & silent reflection until my adult years, so sharing the importance of mindfulness with little ones brings me sooo much joy. I'm really excited for this. 💓 Please reach out if you have any questions!

Introduce your child to the calming world of mindfulness with a certified yoga teacher. Kids will learn to meditate using simple techniques like breath play and feathers to manage stress, enhance focus, and build emotional resilience.

What is happening in India is heartbreaking. As yoga practitioners we have all benefited from her art, science, tradition, and culture. I strongly encourage you to give back by making a donation in whatever amount you can. Thank you!
