I've hosted these free daily check-ins on zoom until I couldn't stand sitting in front of my screens any longer, and I intend to do the same this time around.

Every morning except Sundays at 9am.

The first session will be Monday at 9am (Berlin Time Zone).

Sessions always consist of:
-5 min of gossip
-5 min of meditation
-15 min clearing.
Sometimes there will be games instead of gossiping ;)

You don't have to attend every day, however, it can lift you up, especially on days where you don't feel like you like to get going.

This is a really healing conversation about traumata, and ocd. Trigger warning, i guess, but seriously, it's helpful for me to listen to it.
I was dealing with ocd and currently a survivor of abuse the petrpetrator of which I'm still fighting off.
It explains a lot how friends and aquaintances and groups such as this one can react to such abuse without making you feel like a victim or retraumatized, don't blame the victim, etc.

I find it incredibly important to have clearing conversations about this, because it can be healing, and this is one of them. It's part of what I do with clients, when they struggle with communication breakdowns and conflicts. Take a listen:

I participated in one of the first workshops of Ben in Berlin.
I perceived Ben as a very authentic and experienced soul in maneuvering the topic of jealousy and how to work with it and how to heal and find methods to integrate and reflect on it.
I felt all the time safe and took a lot of inspiration out of his workshop. I saw that he had a lot of personal experiences in how to work with human jealousy in relationships that he wanted to share and spread for the good.
I can truly recommend his workshop and his authentic approach towards that topic.
