Why are we like thisssss? 😂
We'll spend YEARS staying in a job that's draining the life out of us...
But ask us to start something of our own and suddenly we're conducting a full FBI investigation into every possible thing that could go wrong.
"We need more time."
"We need more certainty."
"We need another certification."
"We need to think about it."
Meanwhile, we're already exhausted, under-inspired, and wondering if we're meant for something more.
If that's you, I want you to know something:
You do not need to have your entire future figured out before taking one step toward it.
Most coaches didn't wake up one day with a perfect plan.
They just got honest about the fact that the life they were living no longer fit the person they were becoming.
That's where it starts.
If you've ever thought:
💭 "I love helping people."
💭 "I wish I had more freedom."
💭 "I wonder if I could actually do coaching."
You need to be at the Get Paid to Coach Workshop.
I'll show you how to identify your niche, create your first coaching offer, and understand what it actually takes to build a coaching business.

The smartest, most capable people are often the ones who stay stuck the longest.
Not because they aren't ambitious.
Not because they lack options.
But because they've spent years building an identity around being the responsible one.
The one with the degree.
The one with the title.
The one with the stable career.
The one everyone is proud of.
And after investing so much time, money, and energy into becoming that person, it can feel almost impossible to ask:
"What if I want something different now?"
Because then the brain starts doing what brains do:
👉 "But I worked so hard for this."
👉 "People know me as a teacher."
👉 "People know me as a nurse."
👉 "People know me as an executive."
👉 "People know me as a therapist."
👉 "People know me as a manager."
👉 "What would people think?"
The problem is that somewhere along the way, many of us accidentally fuse our identity with our profession.
We stop seeing our career as something we do and start seeing it as who we are.
But your resume is not your only identity.
And wanting something more doesn't mean you've failed, wasted your education, or made the wrong choices.
Sometimes it simply means you've grown.
If you've been feeling restless lately, don't immediately assume you need another degree, another job, or another promotion.
Ask yourself a different question:
Have I outgrown the identity I've been carrying?
And if that question hits a little too close to home, join me on June 16 for my free live Get Paid to Coach Workshop.
We'll talk about what it actually looks like to leverage your experience, expertise, and life lessons into meaningful work that helps others.

Most coaches think they need more followers to get clients.
And while this can help... what they actually need is a better referral system.
In this carousel, I'm breaking down the exact 3-step referral strategy I used to grow my coaching business before social media became everything.
No dancing required.
No going viral needed.
No posting 5 times a day.
Again, the above things CAN WORK but they are definitely not the only (or dare I say best) way to get clients.
Just relationships, referrals, and real conversations.
Because the fastest path to coaching clients isn't usually a reel.
It's a recommendation.
👇 Comment REFERRAL and I'll send you the full video training.
Everyone is looking for the hack.
The AI tool.
The content strategy.
The funnel.
The ad campaign.
The magic prompt.
And look, I love efficiency as much as the next person.
But I've built businesses, hired coaches, trained thousands of coaches, and watched people grow from zero clients to six and seven figures.
The fastest path to a paying client has never changed:
👉 A relationship.
Someone knows you.
Trusts you.
Feels seen by you.
Believes you can help them.
That's it.
You can automate follow-up.
You can use AI to brainstorm content.
You can run ads.
But you cannot automate genuine human connection.
The coaches who build lasting businesses aren't just creating content.
They're building trust.
and drumroll please....
They're showing up as real humans!

"I've always been the person people opened up to."
That's how so many great coaches begin.
Not because they have all the answers.
Not because they're the loudest person in the room.
Not because they're perfect.
Because people trust them.
Before coach training, Liz thought being helpful meant giving advice and finding solutions.
Today, she understands something much more powerful:
✨ Coaching isn't about having the answers.
✨ It's about asking the questions that help people discover their own.
One of her biggest breakthroughs was learning the difference between helping and supporting.
Helping often says, "Let me carry this for you."
Coaching says, "I believe you're capable of carrying this yourself—and I'll walk beside you while you do."
Since graduating, Liz has continued building meaningful relationships with fellow coaches, growing her practice, and pursuing her dream of creating wellness retreats that help people reconnect with their mind, body, and soul.
And that's what we love most about this work.
The ripple effect.
One woman decides to answer the calling on her heart... and the impact reaches countless others.
If you've been quietly wondering whether coaching might be your next chapter, consider this your sign to stop wondering and start exploring.
Drop a ❤️ below if you've ever been told, "You're so easy to talk to."
You might be closer to becoming a coach than you think.

Comment STRATEGY below and we’ll send you a video breakdown of the process 💯
Nobody becomes a successful coach overnight.
There’s usually:
* a season of research
* a season of fear
* a season of practicing
* a season of exhaustion
* a season of proving it to yourself
* and THEN…
a season where the business finally starts to feel real.
That’s why I recorded this episode:
From Employee to Full-Time Coach: What the First Year Actually Looks Like
Because I’m tired of people acting like entrepreneurship is either:
A) instant success
or
B) impossible.
Neither is true.
There IS a realistic path.
And I mapped it out step-by-step in this episode.
Comment “STRATEGY” and I’ll send you the link.

What else does a great coach do?! Tag a coach who has helped you change your life!
Yes, of course you could also do the deeper work around your fear of judgment… but you can also block ‘em and keep it moving. There is NO one way. There’s only the way that supports your vision for your business. Sometimes it’s not THAT deep and the people you think of when you hesitate to post, share or create are usually not the ones who would ever invest in your services anyway so now we’re really just wasting time when we could be working with dream clients.
