The Franklin Dual Academy opened in 2015 on the historic Franklin High School campus in Highland Park. It has since doubled in size and will continue to grow as LAUSD's first Spanish-English Dual Immersion program that spans grades 6-12. It is also the district's first dual immersion magnet.
