Hello Santas! Just wanted to let you all know how much we appreciate your kindness!

I will not be heading the program this year, due to added workload. If another staff member decides to take on the responsibility, I will let you know.

What a great day! Lots of smiling faces, cheers, and hugs from the kids of Ninth Street! All thanks to people of DTLA, Levy Foundation, Diamond Bar High School, and friends and families of staff. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Tomorrow is the day! Kids are super excited! They've seen the elves (us teachers) carrying gifts to pass out tomorrow! Thanks to all the special Santas! I'm glad I got to meet some of you!

this is our last week of school before the winter break. we would like to ask our secret santas to have their gift dropped off/delivered by the 18th if possible. we would like to distribute the gifts in the morning on the 19th. ninth street school is located on 835 stanford ave. between 8th and 9th st. our zip code is 90021. thank you all!

My dear friend Cathy. She's principal from Diamond Bar High School and her football team family is adopting a class for Christmas again this year! She's amazing!

Last year's amazing Brahmas from Diamond Bar High School with their Principal Catherine Real, football coach Ryan, assistant coach, and 2 football players. They drove all the way down from Diamond Bar to deliver gifts to my entire class that they adopted. Plus came in costume to boot! Gifts were donated by the football team's families. Just amazing!

Hello Santas! The students of Ninth Street are working on their letters. I had the teachers put their students' letters in priority order, in case we don't have enough Santas for every student.

So far, I've emailed 15 letters. I'll send out a few more as more Santas sign up.

A few things to note. The students were asked to write down 3 wishes, in order to give our Santas choices. The kids are NOT expecting all things they've written. We ask that you only spend $40-$50. Our last day before Winter Break is Friday, December 19. Gifts may be dropped of at our school office between 7:30-4:30 Mon-Fri. Ninth Street School is located on 835 Stanford Ave.
