Hiring Process
The recruitment process can be explained in 5 simple steps:

After the initial screening, the first demo interview will be conducted by Googokid to assess your technical proficiency, i.e. how well can you work on its platform. Are you acquainted with the buttons and tools and how do you manage sound and video quality etc.
The second demo interview will be of about 25 minutes and here you will be asked to demonstrate your language knowledge, teaching techniques and skills.
The next phase is trial or mock classes. You will be asked to take up 2-5 classes, depending on the feedback.
The on-boarding process for new applicants is fast, and if you clear all the rounds you can be teaching in less than two weeks!

Payment System
Googokid has a hassle-free and transparent payment system. The company pays all its teachers via bank transfer to their bank accounts and the best part is, you don’t have to bear the transfer fee as it is covered by Googokid. The pay date is no later than the 15th of each month where you will be paid for the entire previous month of teaching.

Teaching Requirements
