…a heart healing Cacao Ceremony, immersed in the combined frequencies of Crystal bowls & Himalayan Full Moon singing bowls.

Cacao and sound vibrations bridges head and heart, opening the mind to enable access to divine intuition and inner truth. We also use practical/restorative yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath-work) to circulate the blood, promoting physical detox, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Experience energetic regeneration, emotional balance, psychosomatic recovery, and conscious upliftment.
