Ingredients:
For the Chili:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Coney:
8 beef hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
Mustard and ketchup, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chili:
In a large skillet or saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the tomato sauce, kidney beans, and beef broth.
Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh thyme, for garnish


Directions


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the minced garlic and chopped mushrooms, then sauté until the mushrooms are tender and fragrant.
3. Spoon the sautéed mushrooms into a bowl and mix together with the cream cheese and mozzarella until you have a creamy, flavorful filling.
4. With a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast. Be gentle—you just want enough space to tuck in that delicious mushroom cheese mixture.
5. Generously stuff each chicken breast with the filling, then sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
6. Using the same skillet, sear the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides until they’re beautifully golden.

2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
4 cups chicken or seafood broth, warmed
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Cook the Lobster:

Steam or boil the lobster tails for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove the meat from the shells, chop into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
Sauté the Aromatics:

In a large pan, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

→ Base ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
4-6 medium Russet potatoes
1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
½ cup water
→ Delicious toppings
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup green onions, chopped
½ cup fresh tomatoes, diced
Steps

1-Give your potatoes a good wash and scrub, then pierce them all over with a fork to prevent bursting. Pop them in a 400°F oven for 45-50 minutes until they're fork-tender and the skin gives slightly when pressed.

2-While your potatoes are baking, heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until it's beautifully browned and no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease that accumulates.

3-Stir in your taco seasoning and water, mixing everything together well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens up and all those amazing flavors meld together.

4-Once your potatoes are done, carefully slice them open lengthwise and fluff up the insides with a fork to create the perfect base for all your delicious toppings.

1 ball pizza dough

½ cup pizza sauce

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

20–25 slices pepperoni

- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

1️⃣ Cook the Sausage:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced sausage. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and crispy. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp:
