This is my 10th ceremony as the Los Angeles School of Global Studies principal. Everyone in attendance was so excited to return to the MCLC auditorium and enjoy the show with an air conditioner.
Our MC, Griselda ran the show smoothly. We got to hear from our valedictorian, Jose, our salutatorian, Heydy, and the awards presenter Julia. Our keynote speaker, Ernesto Rocha, made us laugh, cry, and think. All in all a wonderful graduation for the Class of 2022.
Thanks to the village that support our school and students. Have a wonderful weekend celebrating the end of a grueling school year.

Effective Dec. 10 to Jan. 11, there are no student programs on campus such as childcare, athletic conditioning, in-person tutoring, assessments and any in-person services for Special Education. Our staff will work to transition in-person services such as tutoring and assessment to virtual online services. We are asking those who are currently working at schools to work from home if at all possible for the rest of the semester. The Grab & Go Food Centers and COVID-19 testing sites will remain open. If you need technology support, please contact the school’s main office. Please continue to be safe. We’ll continue to evaluate the situation and provide updated information along the way.
