Here at SFXC we are always learning as a family. ♥️ Our 8th grade and kinder students shared some special moments together as they worked on their art and fun song for the Christmas program! We can’t wait to see what fun comes of this collaboration. ✨🎁

Another way we shared the festive spirit was with a very special visit from St. Nick! In honor of the generosity of St. Nicholas, students received candy canes in their shoes on his feast day. Follow along to see more ways our Torches are celebrating this holiday season! 🍭👟

As a part of one of our most special traditions here at SFXC, students gathered to trim the Jesse Tree, welcoming the spirit of Advent into our hearts and creating a beautiful reminder of what it means to be prepared for Christ’s coming. 🎄♥️

Our Torches had a blast at our 8th Grade Ice Skating Fundraiser! Thank you so much to Ms. Najera and the 8th grade class for organizing such a wonderful day for our students and families this holiday season. ❄️⛸️💙

Today, we celebrate the feast day of our beloved patron, St. Frances Xavier Cabrini, whose faith, courage, and love for others continue to inspire our Torches everyday. ♥️

We pray:

St. Frances Xavier Cabrini, teach us to trust in God’s plan,
to serve others with joy,
and to lead with compassion.
May your example guide us in our daily lives
as we live out our mission of faith and service.

creator of mankind and author of peace,
as we are ever mindful of the cost paid for the liberty we possess,
we ask you to bless the members of our armed forces.
Give them courage, hope and strength.
May they ever experience your firm support, gentle love and compassionate healing.
Be their power and protector, leading them from darkness to light.

Our Torches are Faithful Christians, Innovative Contributors, Responsible Citizens, and Effective Communicators who continue to bring out the best through Christ, every single day.
