🔎 A night with no sleep can trigger up to a 30% rise in emotional stress levels.

💫 The good news? This cycle doesn’t have to last forever. Thanks to evidence-based methods, you can help manage both your and .

💤 Many of us have wondered, “Why am I always so tired?”

🔎 Sleepiness, fatigue, and depression can feel similar, and it’s often hard to explain the differences to loved ones or even healthcare providers. Understanding these distinctions can help people communicate their symptoms more clearly and get the support they need.

⭐ Sleepiness means you can fall asleep during the day when given the chance.
⭐ Fatigue is a low‑energy, worn‑out feeling that doesn’t improve with sleep.
⭐ Depression‑related tiredness stems from changes in mood, motivation, and interest — not a physical need for sleep.

🧠 Project Sleep believes that and are deeply connected. Both deserve attention, compassion, and real conversation.
