Dia de los Mu***os, or Day of the Dead, is a holiday that originated in Mexico but is now celebrated all over the world. While the theme of the two-day celebration is death, it is a joyful event to honor the deceased loved ones, making sure they are never forgotten.

You can explore this lovely Mexican custom by gathering the family to celebrate loved ones that have passed on.

If you need emotional and spiritual support as you pay respects to your dear departed, call me. I’m here for you. XOXO.

“I hope I can be the autumn leaf, who looked at the sky and lived. And when it was time to leave, gracefully it knew that life was a gift.” - Dodinsky

So much to be grateful for… the beauty of autumn being one of them.

How many of you have used Hospice services? What was your experience like? I have created a survey that as an End of Life Doula (who works side by side with hospice) will use to let Hospice know where, if any, there are gaps in services. The survey is short, 10 questions, and will take 5 min max. If interested, PM me or leave info here. Thank you so much for helping me do my job better! Live Life Fully, You are loved.

Love this photo & caption! For some it’s easy peasy to stay at home 24/7, for others, not so much. If you feel the latter, (stressed, anxious, not sure which way your life is going), and could use some support and direction.. I am here for you! PM me. Sending love♥️ ̇d19
