How to release the golf club?

One of the biggest mistakes I see golfers make is flipping the hands through impact.

When your hands flip through impact, you lose control of the clubface. That leads to inconsistent contact, poor directional control, and ultimately, a loss of power.

I may look pretty normal swinging here, but the truth is, Iโ€™ve been struggling with my back for almost four months now. I havenโ€™t been able to play nearly as much golf as Iโ€™d like, and even when I do, my swing speed is definitely slower and my body feels a littleโ€ฆ creaky. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Tomorrow is a big day for me. Iโ€™m finally starting my cortisone and regenerative medicine shots (including stem cell treatment) at OC Alliance Medical & Chiropractic OC Alliance Medical & Chiropractic Iโ€™m excited and hopeful, but also nervous becauseโ€ฆ are we ever NOT scared of needles?! ๐Ÿ˜… Iโ€™ll keep you updated along the way and share how my recovery is going.

After four long months of dealing with this pain, Iโ€™m really looking forward to feeling strong again, getting back to golf, and hopefully coming back with an even better swing. ๐Ÿ’ชโ›ณ๏ธ
