Week 15. A1C: 9.6 → 6.2. His doctor cut his meds. 📉

Jim walked into his annual checkup and his doctor was floored — 16 pounds down, A1C dropped from 9.6 to 6.2, out of the diabetic range entirely. Metformin cut from 1000mg twice a day to 500mg twice a day. Blood pressure medication, stopped completely. His doctor said if things keep trending this way, the cholesterol medication could be next.

His doctor even looked through the program materials himself and told Jim he was “getting more than his money’s worth.”

Jim earned these results.
