Although I’ve been spending my Spring break a lot different than originally planned, I am happy to say that I’ve found a new hobby! ✨If you have not tried digital planning or journaling I HIGHLY recommend it. I would typically stop using my paper planner because I hated looking at my handwriting and I often found myself frustrated when plans would change. Both of those problems are solved with digital planning. It’s my absolute favorite. What new hobbies have you tried during this time?

This is not at all how I pictured the end of our school year starting. Missing my littles and my classroom so much! 😭Taking this new normal one day at a time. What’s the best advice you have been given to get through this? Let’s spread some positivity! ⤵️

As crazy as this school year has been for me, I am so thankful for so many aspects of my job as a teacher. At the beginning of this year I was scrambling and stressing to put together a classroom library that would introduce or reestablish my students’ love of reading. With the support of countless donations from other teachers and parents, I am able to provide a well-used and loved classroom library for my students. ✨📚

What are you thankful for?

Almost 3 months into the school year and I FINALLY have my pretty, typed version of my schedule up. Changing grade levels AND classrooms is stressful. 😅 Check on your teacher friends who have done one or both of these this year!! How’s it going? Thinking of all of you! 💓💓💓

If there was only one new addition I could add to my classroom it would be this quote. One of my main priorities as a teacher of littles is to teach my students life skills. Life skills that they can utilize outside of the school setting. This year, as my students leave our classroom each day they will be reminded to go and be great. ✨

Year 4 is done! New school, new grade, new state, new city, new EVERYTHING. I could not have made it through “all the new” without my amazing IA and Room Parent! To show them how much I appreciate their patience (I ask a million questions) and support I made these adorable canvas bags for them filled with their favorite goodies. I already cannot image next year without them.😭
