PRESENTING PART 2 OF OUR SAW WORKSHOPS!

This workshop series aims to retrace your roots and discover the underground meaning behind your identity and lifestyle. Digging deeper into your identity with these workshops will help sprinkle seeds of growth and understanding for yourself and for those around you with topics ranging from mental health, work-life balance, the SEA experience, and gender + identity! Follow us through the flowering fields of your multifaceted identity to help ground yourself during this significant transition in your life!

Through our special family system, we hope to create a home away from home where you can bond with current undergraduate students and fellow UCLA admits. Our tour facilitators will be guiding you through UCLA’s campus and rich history, all while helping you learn about the important contributions made by people of color to our university and local community.

On behalf of the SEA Admit Staff, we want to welcome you to find your ROOTS at UCLA during this year’s SEA Admit Weekend (SAW)! Join us from April 8-10, 2022 for a hybrid (virtual and in-person) three-day program created for newly admitted students to explore the many opportunities and resources UCLA has to offer. Through our mentorship program, tours of the UCLA campus, workshops, and alumni panels, we hope to give you the tools to navigate higher education, while helping you learn more about the Southeast Asian community and student engagement.
