•Quality
We maintain the highest quality standards in all that we do. Trained staff monitor every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure we maintain the high standards that our customers have come to expect from us. We use the highest grade materials for yarn dyed products and a range of pre-dyed nylon and polyester yarns, guaranteed to meet the approved requirements for wash fastness. Our Jacquard elastics are produced in widths up to 50mm and all have a special mocking edge as standard.
•Sampling & Development
Wonder-Tex have a dedicated Sampling Department who work closely with customers to ensure a fast response to their needs. State-of-the-art CAD software and computerised weaving machines are used to customise Jacquard elastics and patterned rigid webbings to produce customer samples from art work up to 50mm. Overall, our extensive range of weaving and knitting looms allows elastics and webbings to be produced in widths up to 356mm and Jacquard webs to 50mm.
