Attention all Single Ladies!

What are you looking for in a man?
Perhaps it might be someone who can take care of you? Someone who will go skydiving with you? Maybe you are looking for your soul mate or just someone who will change diapers in the middle of the night?

Women have traditionally looked for men to marry based on a man’s ability to provide. However, today that notion has been flipped upside down. Research shows that women of today, many of whom are more educated and financially stable than men, now look for new qualities. In fact, women are looking for men to fulfill their many (or sometimes EVERY emotional need).

What does this mean for dating? What does this mean about the relationships you are choosing? Finally, how has this impacted men in the dating world and how are they handling it?

Dara Holz Yungman, MA, LMFT and Danielle Horwich, MA, LCSW have combined their therapeutic expertise to create a workshop specifically designed to help successful women who long to find emotional success in dating and within relationships. Through a 5-week interactive workshop process, Dara and Danielle will facilitate group discussions, lead exercises, and encourage group members to explore issues that surround dating within a safe and helpful atmosphere of insight and growth. This group is designed for women who would like to examine what has prevented them thus far in finding meaningful relationships and gives them the practical tools to find realistic, long-lasting relationship success.Through a series of intensive group sessions, we aim to help women find a clearer way of viewing past history and present status, while working towards appropriate and fruitful futures. Created and facilitated by Dara Holz Yungman, LMFT and Danielle Horwich, LCSW, M.A.Ed., “Me to We” helps women to gain the insight and tools necessary to build long-lasting partnerships. Through a small group setting women learn to ask themselves hard questions while discovering new answers.
