The evening honored extraordinary alumni, including Marshall alumni leaders Kris Popovich ’65, MBA ’70, Eric Holoman ’83 and Cynthia van Eck ’86, whose careers reflect the strength of the Trojan Network across industries and communities.

Volunteer Appreciation

For the past year, Lindsay Brown has been an active ACE Ambassador, staying connected to the Trojan community while also giving back locally as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Philadelphia.⁠

After moving from California to Philly last year, Lindsay began exploring new volunteer opportunities and quickly found meaningful connections through the Trojan Network. While there may be fewer Trojans than back in the Bay Area, being part of the USC alumni community has made it easy to build relationships and feel at home in a new city.⁠

We’re proud to recognize Clinton Miyazono, a member of the inaugural ACE Ambassador program, for continued dedication to giving back to the Trojan community.

“I benefited immensely from the guidance of mentors throughout my career. After experiencing several significant career pivots, I know how impactful a strong support system can be, and I want to pay that forward by being a resource for others in the USC community.”

Based in the Midwest, Clinton stays meaningfully connected to USC through remote volunteering—proving that distance is no barrier to service. Through the ACE Ambassador program, Clinton has built connections with alumni across the country and looks forward to continued involvement for years to come.
