SPEAR Coaching

SPEAR Coaching is Successful Performance Empowering Action Resources. Get what you need to achieve. SPEAR Coaching is for the adventurer in some.

SPEAR Coaching is for the commander in others. SPEAR Coaching is for the picky side whenever it maintains. SPEAR Coaching is for those of you playing it too safe. Our unique training and coaching system builds from where you are toward your dreams whether a board of directors, senior executive teams, or high potential/high net-worth individuals. My clients are challenged to achieve specific outcomes and reluctant to change. Our founder led training and development at two Fortune 100 companies, taught at three universities, led a manufacturing turnaround and turned around several projects for DoD and NATO after serving in the Marine Corps where he received commendations for improving performance and morale at three commands. Thirty years later the Marine Corps again commended him; this time for significantly improving their premier urban operations training program. You can trust that following his training and guidance will yield outstanding results.

Her response to being bullied. Self examination, set objective, take joyful action, achieve, take pride In accomplishment daily, use discoveries and apply lessons learned. How did she manage accountability and what guided her choice to focus on pushups? What attitude did she apply? By choice and intention or by obstacle and opportunity. SPEAR Coaching is pure action and accountability.

The SPEAR Coaching method takes the pain out of change.
We improve client discrimination of conditions to focus on what is truly critical now. Provide a strategic guide for producing more agreeable and attractive options. Guide development of tactical plans with powerful and positive professional and personal payoffs. Provide accountability coaching to assure productive movement forward to what really matters to the client.

Most people make relatively few personal experiments, in both small and big things. The cost of passivity is enormous.

SPEAR Coaching will shift and lift you to a new reality.

Professor Steven Weinberg, Nobel Prize 1979 in Physics:
"Think of a Parallel Universe as you would radio waves; there are hundreds flying around your head right now, each with their own frequency, energy profile, and information." It's a matter of tuning in. But HOW!!??

Perhaps the easiest and most straightforward method for tuning in is using linguistic processes like "reframing" which create deep neurological appreciation of old concepts with new meanings and understandings. Each time this happens, we lift our consciousness and shift into a parallel universe where we live and move, and have our being grounded in a new reality at a conscious and subconscious level. Different reality = parallel universe. Language and how it's structured is the portal to higher consciousness.
