PHI SPOTLIGHT 🌟 Rhys Richmond is a junior from Oregon studying Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Health Policy! Here at USC, she works with Los Angeles Community Impact—a pro-bono consulting firm for LA-area nonprofits. Rhys also does research in the Armani Lab to detect and diagnose Malaria using biomedical and chemical engineering devices. She spends her time dancing with and as well as volunteering at a south LA health clinic! This summer she worked in Greece for the nonprofit she co-founded with other USC students. They work with resettling refugees and local businesses in Lesvos, Greece to help grow Duet, a philanthropic platform. We are so proud of Rhys for all her accomplishments!
