Happy Small Business Saturday! We have had a busy 2022 and are very grateful to the organizations that we’ve worked with to increase their understanding of disability and further develop their inclusive practices. As a very small, women, minority, and disability, owned business we rely a great deal on community referrals to help us spread the word of our work. Please visit our recently updated website and let others know about our organization. Tell us how we can help you and your company enhance inclusive practices to allow people with disabilities access to opportunities.

Thank you so much for inviting us again .
We really enjoy partnering with you and the ArtCenter community! [alt text: slides featuring points from the Student Disability and Accessibility Awareness and Advocacy Workshop]

Last month ArtCenter DEI hosted a Disability and Accessibility Awareness and Advocacy Workshop for students, led by community partners, facilitators Drs. Kimberly Austin and Sofia Vergara.
This student-centered conversation focused on Disability and Accessibility in educational and workplace settings. Participants were presented strategies on how to be more aware of those who may have disabilities, how to talk about their own disabilities with others, how to advocate for their own accessibility needs and how to discuss disability and accessibility respectfully and professionally with everyone.
Our student Creativist created these wonderful slides to share with our community a short summary and key points of the workshop! ✨
