Creating a safe sleep space for your baby is so important 🤍
Make sure to keep the crib clear of:
✖️ Blankets
✖️ Pillows
✖️ Stuffed animals
✖️ Crib bumpers
✖️ Mobiles or anything hanging within reach
A safe crib should have only:
✔️ A firm mattress
✔️ A fitted sheet

Sleep training isn’t just about one thing, it is a full puzzle.
The method, the daily routine, the bedtime routine, the sleep environment and consistency.
They all need to work together. If one component is slightly off, it can impact the progress.

** DAYLIGHT SAVINGS INFORMATION**
Peek a boo, DST is coming to you..
We set the clocks ⏰ back on Sunday November 2, 2025. If you are like most parents this is when you get very nervous because your 630am riser, is now a 530am-er! Eeeek! 😵

Don’t freak out too much, here’s the deal (& a good plan to prepare..)
Starting on Tuesday October 28th inch your babies 👶 naps and night 💤 sleep 💤 later by 15 minutes than normal every 2 days.
(It usually takes a few days for your child to adjust. Your child will be back to their own sleep patterns in 3-5 days after DST.)
2. Blackout blinds help with daylight savings time since the sun comes up earlier, so giving them darkness will maintain a steady flow of melatonin production- yes! We want this! 🥳
3. If you have a child in a crib who has a Ok to wake clock set their “OK to wake” time 15 min later every 2 days to help them adjust. (Start this on Tuesday 10/28 too)
