We are resolute and focused on winning a fair contract that uplifts Alliance educators, students, and community.

Today marks the first day of Black History Month. This month, and every month, we celebrate and honor the Black leaders, educators, parents, workers and community members that have shaped our country.

There would be no labor movement without the courage and brilliance of Black workers and organizers. We are fully committed to the fight for racial justice in schools, in the workplace, in our communities, in the halls of power and beyond.
