Thank you so much Leiths Education and for this lovely piece in the Leiths newsletter today! Leiths training was my formal entry into the food world and not only did it give me the classical foundations I was missing from my cooking experience, it also gave me the credentials and gravitas to be taken seriously in the food world. And I met lovely friends there too who remain part of my life 20 years later, despite being on the other side of the world! A bonding experience for sure.

We are so excited to be collaborating with Viola Floral for a beautifully curated evening celebrating two of life’s greatest pleasures: flowers and food! We will begin by creating a gorgeous seasonal floral centerpiece under the guidance of Viola Floral founder, Jelena.
Then I will show you how to create a beautifully styled, market-inspired cheeseboard featuring seasonal fruits, artisanal cheeses, and carefully curated accompaniments.
This workshop is designed for anyone who loves gathering friends around the table, and will take place at Jelena’s stunning studio in Santa Monica. You’ll leave with a beautiful floral arrangement, cheeseboard styling tips and fresh inspiration for hosting beautifully at home.
Guests will go home with:

A mini artisanal cheeseboard
A cheeseboard cheatsheet
A seasonal floral arrangement
Lots of laughs and fun memories!

We are holding the workshop on two dates - June 25 10am-12pm and July 10 6pm-8pm.
