Flying the pm shift on this beautiful Saturday evening ;)

My student and I took the R22 out on it's first flight since being down for two months. The ship fly's like brand new, extremely happy with it's performance. We cruised Lake Piru, Pyramid Lake, Quail Lake and Castaic. All the lakes are hard to recognize as every one of the are at capacity. It's been sometime since they have been full and the hills are stunning with all the greenery. Awesome flight 😉

We finally got the repaired main rotor blade back from Tennessee and finished the installation today. The ship is back on line at Whiteman Airport (KWHP) from nearly 2 months of down time. This will make a lot of people happy. Back to flight instruction with an IFR instructor on board soon 😉
