Had a low level panic attack all day yesterday. Its gonna be ok. We are gonna get thru this. Not only will we survive, but we will find ways to use these incredibly trying times toward a better future.

My goal is to help heal humanity or at least a sizable portion of us.

Please consider supporting my Indiegogo campaign (link in bio).

The "perks" for contributing are largely my coaching services and they are even discounted.

It is worth the money and going for a great cause - to help me free up time to write a book designed to help people heal, thrive and help others.

Thank you so much!

I want to learn how to consistently love the pain I earn.

Moods do not have to dictate our actions. We can control them, bypass them, change them. It takes practice. But it is certainly possible. And oh so worth it.

Feeling stuck? Me too. No worries. We will figure it out.

Breathe. Give yourself a gift. A peaceful walk, a 10 minute meditation, a workout, read your favorite book or watch another episode of that show you love.

You will get unstuck soon enuff. Sometimes you just need a break

Anyone else feeling 2019 depression or anxiety still holding on for dear life? You are not alone.

2020 has begun and I am tempted to feel guilty about not ditching all my 2019 issues and starting over no problem.

There's a kind of pressure many of us may feel to feel brand new today. The truth is, we are always in process. I wholeheartedly believe that 2020 will be a better year for me than 2019 no doubt. However, it is perfectly okay if it doesn't feel completely different today just because the calendar turned over.

I hope your day is amazing. That said, if you are feeling like it's not ok and it's not going to be okay, that's fine. You are not obligated to feel anything. I invite you to believe that it will be great even if it doesn't feel it right now.

We got this. We so got this. You are not alone.

Love.

So easy to focus on the negatives and the problems even when there are good things to focus on.

Keeping in good spirits is a daily practice. Unfortunately its not something we can just do once. We have to keep.it up regularly.

It is okay if you slip. It's okay itmf you fall into the doldrums. It will happen. Keep fighting. Keep leveling up.

You got this!
