Often times we don’t start a business because we don’t have money and this discourage us to do it. 💸⠀

Guess what? You can start your business now with low or no money. ⠀

How can you do this? ⠀

- Start with what you have🤩⠀
(Skills, expertise, knowledge)⠀

- Go to an accelerator or incubator program, they can help you putting your idea together and gathering money for you🎢⠀

- Experiment and adapt. Try different things, look what works better and what don’t🥽⠀

What types of businesses can you start with low or no money?⠀

Start with what you have, and work hard to get where you want to be. Success is measure by how constant you are rather than how intelligent you are. Someone that is persistent and that work regardless of the results is someone that will succeed more than others. 🤩 Don’t wait to have everything ready, start and see what you can learn from the process. Is OK to fail, but fail fast and often, learn from it and keep going, that’s the entrepreneurial journey. 👌🏼💪🏼

Talking to customers is one of the hardest things to do when you have a business. Why? Because we tend to talk too much about our product and we forget to understand more about their problems and life. 🗣 ⠀

So, how to really talk to customers? 🤔⠀

1. Talk about their life not your idea. 🗣⠀

2. Talk specifics, not hypotheticals. 💭 How good your product would be but how is not ready yet, always talk as if you’ve already build it. ⠀

3. Extract information regarding their problems and motivations.🧘‍♀️🏂⠀

4. Ask why 5 times or until you get to the root of the problem.❓❓❓❓❓⠀

5. Listen more 👂 Talk less 🤫⠀

Do you have any tips when it come to talking to customers? Share it with us 👇⠀

We had to improvise our office space for a day, and it was craaaazyyy 🤪 Our office space didn’t have internet and we were going nuts (nothing works without WiFi), however we managed to find another space that btw hosted a party the night before and that smelled like buzz🍻 and 🚬 but it was all to work hard for you. We hope you have a great productive week 🙌🏽 -Cheers @ Rotterdam, Netherlands

How to build an audience for your business?🔥 If your brand is not out there on social media people will not trust you and will do business with someone else, as simple as that. 🤔 Luckily, you don’t need to be a guru to do this‼️ All you need is a bit of creativity and the following points: ⠀
⠀
1. Identify your target audience🎯. If you don’t know who are you offering your products/services then you won’t be able to create value for them. Always start by doing this.⠀
⠀
2. Understand their pain points💊. What are they struggling with the most? What are their problems and how can you help them? Understand their frustrations and see how your product will help them overcome this.⠀
⠀
3. Clarify your value proposition💸. Why would people do business with you? What do you have to offer that others don’t have? Identify what is it that makes your business unique and communicate that on your social media.⠀
⠀
4. Stop selling and start serving🙌🏽. GIVE, GIVE, GIVE, before asking for something from them. ⠀
⠀
5. Be consistent👩🏽‍💻. Post everyday, at least 2 times a day. ⠀
⠀
6. Offer value📈. People will follow you if you are able to demonstrate them the value you offer.⠀
