Payment System
How will you get paid? Magic Ears has a hassle-free and transparent payment system. The company pays all its teachers via bank transfer to their bank accounts and the best part is, you don’t have to bear the transfer fee as it is covered by Magic Ears. The pay date is no later than the 15th of each month where you will be paid for the entire previous month of teaching.
Class Timings
The typical class times with Magic Ears would be during the peak working hours in China, which are between 6:40 pm and 09:10 pm from Monday through Friday. Then, there will be additional late-night hours between 8:40 pm to 11:40 pm for 30 minutes of class each.
Recruitment Process
Magic Ears has a simple recruitment process which can be explained in 5 simple steps:

Step #5: Hiring completed
After the initial screening, the first demo interview will be conducted by Magic Ears to assess your technical proficiency, i.e. how well can you work on its platform. Are you acquainted with the buttons and tools and how do you manage sound and video quality etc.
The second demo interview will be of about 25 minutes and here you will be asked to demonstrate your language knowledge, teaching techniques and skills.
The next phase is trial or mock classes. You will be asked to take up 2-5 classes, though on a trial basis. The number of classes will depend on real family feedback for these lessons.
