We played as bitter rivals in college at Virginia and Maryland but became teammates in the pros and immediately bonded on a common passion and approach to lacrosse and life. We strongly believe in a blue collar work ethic and a love and respect for the game. As coaches, players, and ambasadors of the game we are excited about bringing R.E.L.I.F. lacrosse to the next generation of players

Our Summer Strength and Conditioning program is a program staple! Built for athletes in grades 6th-12th, we believe a stronger, faster, and agile athlete makes a more dominant lacrosse player! Our program is split into two groups: Intro to S&C to build a strong foundation with proper form and technique, and an intermediate/advanced program for those athletes with 1 or more years of S&C!
