Today, as I roll out my yoga mat under the open sky, I'm reminded of the incredible bond between working out and our beautiful planet.

There's something truly magical about feeling the earth beneath my feet as I move, connecting with nature in every step and stretch.

It's a reminder of the symbiotic relationship we share with our environment and a chance to honor and appreciate it with every heartbeat.

Let's celebrate Earth Day not just with words, but with actions, by taking our workouts outside and soaking up the beauty around us. 🌿

Through years of practicing yoga, I've discovered the profound connection between physical movement and mental well-being.

Yoga isn't just about shaping my body; it's about nourishing my soul and finding peace amidst life's chaos. 🌿

When I was younger, I wasn't very athletic and didn't participate in sports, so creating the lifestyle I have now was challenging at times.

I've discovered that creating small healthy habits is the key to living a healthy lifestyle.

Here's some of the healthy habits I swear by:

🤍 Starting my day with a glass of water to hydrate and energize my body.
🤍 Incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables into every meal for nourishment and vitality.
🤍 Making movement a priority, whether it's a morning walk, yoga session, or dance break.
🤍 Prioritizing quality sleep to recharge my body and mind for the day ahead.
🤍 Practicing mindfulness through meditation or journaling to cultivate inner peace and resilience.

Remember, it's the little choices we make each day that add up to a lifetime of wellness.

It's hard to balance all our responsibilities & prioritize ourselves. Exercise & working out must be convenient & accessible or it's the first thing to go.

That is why when I created my fitness program I made it so it would be easy to fit into your day to day life, on your own terms.

Prioritize your health: physical and mental well-being should be your number 1 focus!. When we feel better, it flows into all parts of our lives.

It's up to you to take control & create habits to stay balanced ✨

When you're beginning your wellness journey being consistent is one of the hardest things to do.

One of the things that has helped me the most is working out with a friend or friends.

There's just something about having someone by your side that makes the workout easier plus it's also a lot more fun!

It's all about cheering each other on and challenging each other to push even harder 🫂

The past year has been so unpredictable, a lot of surprises & unexpected, fun changes. For many years I was so disciplined & rigid I think it caused me to miss a lot of opportunities.

I've realize how multi-dimensional we are. That we are layered. We evolve & it's exciting to discover new parts of ourselves & learn new things. It can be a rebirth in many ways. We don't have to live by rules or certain perimeters. We can & SHOULD change, so we never get bored & live life to the MAX.

My mental health is as important to me as my physical health.

Whenever I am feeling down I like to remind myself of these things:

✨ Focus on how far you've come
✨ Be kind to yourself

In your fitness journey there will be ‘in between times’ of transition.

You may feel lost, confused, angry or unmotivated. Don’t confuse these times of transition as a forever state of being; or failure.

These times will pass and will eventually make you a stronger, better version of yourself. Don’t ever forget that you are capable of anything and everything ✨

Reflecting on my own journey, I've learned that slow progress isn't just acceptable—it's invaluable.

There were moments when I felt frustrated by the pace, questioning if I was moving forward at all.

But looking back, I realize that every tiny step, every stumble, and every setback was part of my growth.

There were days when I doubted my abilities, moments when I wished for faster results.

But with time, I've learned to appreciate the gradual improvements, the small victories that add up to something extraordinary.

So here's a gentle reminder to myself and to you: slow progress is still progress. 🦋

Trust in your journey, and remember that even the smallest steps are worth celebrating.

'You don't have to be extreme, you just have to be consistent.'

I know how hard it is to be consistent with working out that is why you need to find a routine that is fun, diverse and convenient.

Here's some reasons why my workouts will help you be more consistent:
🦋 Easily accessible: the only thing you really need is a laptop or your phone and you can workout wherever you want
🦋 Variety: i included bodyweight, cardio and HIIT workouts
🦋 Flexibility: you have the freedom to tailor your workouts to fit your lifestyle—no more excuses!
🦋 FUN: it's just overall fun that you won't see working out as a chore but something you look forward to everyday

Most people think the goal of doing yoga is getting more flexible, trying difficult poses or toning your body.

For me, it's not.

Yoga for me is simply about healing, connecting with my inner spirit, unwinding the mind and most importantly: loving myself 🤍
