I led my first ever yoga retreat in 2019 in the sacred Valley of Peru and I am excited to return to the land, the culture and the people who touched my heart so many years ago.

I will be joined by my best friend and teacher who has studied yoga and shamanism for over 20 years.

We will also be in Cusco for the Inti Raymi or “The Festival of the Sun” to witness the ceremonies that have been passed down since the time of the Incas.

PRACTICE: CONNECTION

Thank you to everyone for reaching out over the last few days. Your support and messages mean a lot to me.

The last year has been full of the most challenging and rewarding moments of my life. I endured many dark nights where I questioned the choices I had made that led me to move back and even wondered if I would teach yoga anymore.

After going on a 10 day meditation retreat, I centered and reconnected to the reasons I love yoga and teaching. Now I’m more dedicated than ever to sharing the knowledge, wisdom, and tools that have helped me on my journey.

Though it was intensely frustrating at the time, I’m so grateful for the hardships and lessons of the last year. Whether you are also coming out of it, or are still in it, keep practicing and trust the process. If there’s anyway, I can help you on the journey, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Sending lots of love this New Year’s Eve! I’m looking forward to reconnecting with you very soon.

PRACTICE: CONNECTION

Thank you to everyone who has reached out over the last couple days. 🙏

Your support means a lot to me and I have enjoyed hearing from students that I’ve never spoken to or met before from all over the world.

It’s been a challenging last year and a half since I moved back to the East Coast. There were so many ups and downs and many dark nights where I questioned many of the choices I had made.

now that I’ve had time to clear my mind and reconnect to my practice, I realize how important all of the challenges and hardships were and I am so grateful for them.

After coming out of a 10 day meditation, I feel inspired and revitalized to get back online, and I look forward to sharing many of the techniques, practices, and insights that have helped me tremendously.

Have a beautiful and happy new year and I’m so excited to connect with all of you soon!
