After years writing the memoir about his family’s escape from the holocaust, I’m honored to scout Vienna and Shanghai with my dear friend and multi-film collaborator Matt Rachamkin to begin adapting his story for the big screen. Thanks to Vienna Film Commission and Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum 上海犹太难民纪念馆 for hosting. And we especially honor the hero, Dr. Feng Shan Ho, and our new partner David Ye. 🙏🏼

We were recording his first album years ago when he was diagnosed. What a heroic journey. Thank you for sharing James, and just being you. 🙏🏼
