STOMP at UCLA

STOMP at UCLA STOMP was organized in 1999 with the assistance of The GREAT Lena Brown and other UCLA Undergraduate Admission staff.

Organized in 1999 STOMP has existed as the premiere space for UCLA transfer students and transfer admission advocates to create opportunities for UC transfer admission to remain a viable option for underrepresented CA community college students. The collaborative spirit of STOMP remains today, and as been responsible for creating amazing programs for prospective transfer students. Our programs have included: Bruin Buddy Days, California Community College Transfer Recruitment, High School to Community College programs, and our staple program: the annual STOMP Conference for Transfer Students. Currently, STOMP offers STOMP Transfer Sessions and Bruin Buddy Days in the fall quarter, UCLA Transfer Tours in the winter quarter, and the STOMP Conference for Transfer Students in the spring quarter. STOMP meetings occur ever Monday at 6:00 PM at the STOMP Office: Room 2385, UCLA John Wooden Center.

An informative yet entertaining feature, thanks in part to our wonderful STOMP Members, who aim to give back to prospective transfers interested in transferring to the beautiful institution that is UCLA. Ensuring to go over key details such as Major Prep, Resources, and the upcoming STOMP Conference that is dedicated to prospective transfer students! 🐻🐻
