‼️Instagram blocked me all last week so this will help fix my algorithm so people can see my posts again + see my video this Sat. ‼️

Blessed to have just learned it is month as this is about COVID-19 and invisible illness. To be clear, not all people with invisible illness label it or see themselves as having a disability. I’m honestly learning more about what the words disabled and disability means to me too. There’s other terms such as differently-abled (I learned that one from ), or how I say mind obstacles instead of mental illnesses, that sometimes feel better than words that have historical stigma or trauma behind it. Regardless of linguistic choice, I am so happy to see that Disability Pride Month exists because it makes it a celebration and builds more community to people who are silenced, mistreated, and by the way COVID-19 talks about those who are high risk, seen as expendable. No one is expendable.

This is the drum stem and one of my fav choreography parts from it choreographed by 🔥🔥🔥
