It’s pasta salad season! I love making pasta salads, but I tend to finish them before I take a photo because they’re so good. I’ll be sure to share some photos this spring and summer!

Ingredients
- fusilli pasta
-prosciutto
-romaine lettuce
-spinach
-strawberries
-chicken breast
-cherry tomatoes
-onions
-balsamic vinegar

Every time I eat a chocolate chip cookie, I’m immediately transported to my childhood and a feeling of comfort and excitement. I can hear my mom telling me as a child, “Sweetie, come help me make some cookies today.” Or even as an adult when I visit my parents for the holidays, my mom is so eager to make a large assortment of cookies for the family, including chocolate chip cookies. I love that I have my own go-to chocolate chip cookie recipe that’s inspired by making cookies with my mom throughout my life.

You don’t need another chocolate chip cookie recipe! Just use my Ultimate Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe. The cookies pictured in this photo actually includes four types of chocolate. That’s just what happens when I’m having fun I’m the kitchen!

I can’t believe I’m writing this...I don’t think that I’ll ever order another pizza again (especially not delivery). There’s seriously no reason for me to do so since MAKING pizza brings me SO much joy!
It just takes a bit of time, effort and love at the beginning to make the dough. Once that prep work is done, it’s smooth sailing! You can add various toppings you like or keep it extra simple with mozzarella cheese and basil. ❤️

What kind of bread lifts your spirits? I’ll be honest and say that all breads lift my spirits, however, Focaccia bread wiggled it’s way to the top after I made some again this weekend. The thin, crispy outside layer and the soft, light and airy inside creates the perfect bread!
