Unconditional love, protection and the ability to be a safe space. It’s not luck. Its intention followed up by infinite tiny actions and decisions.

I worked in film a lifetime ago. I’ve been married, had kids, pivoted into a career/life that almost killed me, and rebuilt everything again from scratch.

I thought I’d share a bit about my journey for those of you that are new to this page and want to know more.

The link is currently in my stories but if it disappears, just ask and I can send it to you.

The crazy truth is that the first time technology really got my attention, I was on the set of Desperado

I work in Tech and have for a very long time.

Yesterday I asked AI what it saw in my work. It came back with this:

A private truth teller who turns personal transformation into public service, storytelling, and collective impact.

Tech is just a tool in the hands of a human user. What I’ve learned in 30 years of being in and around technology is tha, being human is a plus.

I’m finally a beauty lady!!!! 🥹
I applied to the Ulta Collective last week.

Anyone who’s read my book knows that THIS is a full circle moment for me. As a kid I watched my mom at her facial appointments like it was magic. Her skin was beautiful, but it was the ritual that made her glow. I’ve been walking back to that feeling my whole life, and for years I helped other women find it from the inside out.
Then I turned 50 and a different glow came over me. And people started asking. What are you using. What’s your routine. What’s the ritual.

So here it is. Not because my face needed fixing. Because I finally understand what my mom knew. The sitting down, the paying attention, the hands that say you are worth this hour. That’s the glow.

You do not have to earn your own face, angels. You do not have to wait until you are perfect to be delighted by yourself.

We are here and we are gorgeous. All of us.
Want the full list of what I used? Ask me below and I’ll send you the link to my new Substack. And tell me too, what’s the ONE thing in your routine you absolutely love?

Bar none the questions I get asked most are about hair, skin and lips.

This is the lip pencil I was wearing in the viral story coming up next and in many of the pics I get asked about. This is from Dollar Tree !

This was my most popular story in the last 90 days! 🤷🏽‍♀️

My skin balm is something I make myself in my kitchen.

This is a balm I’ve been making for years. I put all the ingredients into a crock pot, till the all melt. Let it cool then whip it with an immersion blender. Pictured is the recipe I made in May. The most recent batch I added aloe vera from the garden instead of homemade orange extract. I used cloves or clove oil to stabilize but I usually use so much of this it never goes bad. I make giant batches to share and gift. EVERYONE loves it.
