We have a great opportunity right now to improve our relationships. People are telling me “this strange work-from-home routine has opened up some new possibilities and realities - like I’ve had dinner with my family for the first time in many years, and my home relationships have never been better.” That’s awesome!! And I hear the other side, too: “Being in close quarters means we’re getting a bit more triggered and arguing and fighting more than I’d like to admit.”

It’s like that “joke” that’s out there right now — that because we’re under stay-at-home orders, in 9 months there will be a baby boom...and simultaneously a spike in divorce.
