Camila joined our IHM family in January of this school year and quickly became a valued member of the Class of 2026. In just a few short months, she embraced our school community, adapted to IHM traditions and expectations, and formed meaningful friendships along the way.

Camila is a kind and sweet student who was welcomed with open arms by her classmates. She made every effort to participate in the activities and experiences that make the final year at IHM so special, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

As Camila prepares to begin her next chapter at Rise Kohyang High School, we pray that she continues to grow academically, builds lasting friendships, and finds success in all that she does. We are proud of all she has accomplished during her time at IHM and wish her nothing but happiness and blessings in the years ahead.

Today, our school Mass was beautifully hosted by the 4th grade. During his homily, Father Roberto reminded us of the sacredness of God’s house and the importance of being fully present as we acknowledge the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Gospel introduced us to another side of Jesus as He reminded the people to respect the house of God. In John 2:13–17, Jesus drove the money changers from the temple, declaring, “Stop making my Father’s house a marketplace!” This passage reminds us that God’s house is sacred and should always be treated with reverence and respect.

Thank you, Father Roberto, for your inspiring message and for guiding our IHM community in faith. May we always enter God’s house with grateful hearts, respect, and love for our Lord. 🙏⛪️🦅

🦅 Introducing our next Class of 2026 graduate, Kristalyn Holgado! 🦅

Kristalyn joined the Class of 2026 in TK alongside her cousin, Jaden, and has been a cherished part of the IHM family ever since.

Throughout her years at IHM, Kristalyn has brought joy, a helping hand, and positivity to our school community. Known for her beautiful smile and warm greetings, she has made a lasting impact on classmates, teachers, and staff alike.

Kristalyn has consistently excelled both academically and spiritually, earning Honor Roll recognition and Christian Values Awards throughout her time at IHM. She has also demonstrated leadership and school spirit through her involvement in Academic Decathlon, various Student Council positions, and as a valuable member of our Girls Varsity Volleyball Team.

This fall, Kristalyn will continue her academic and athletic journey at Sacred Heart High School alongside several of her classmates. We are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished and excited to see what the future holds for her.

Our IHM 6th and 7th grade Eagles enjoyed a wonderful day at Dockweiler Beach with the Malibu Foundation for Environmental Education and the Kids Ocean Day Foundation! 🌊🦅

Through hands on activities and environmental learning, students gained a deeper appreciation for nature and the importance of protecting our oceans and planet. Thank you to Mr. Dobson, Mr. Domingo and everyone who made this meaningful experience possible! 🦅🌎

Introducing our next graduate from the Class of 2026, Isabella Reyes 🦅

Isabella began her journey at IHM joining the class of 2026 in Kindergarten. She is also a big sister to Scarlett, who will be moving on to 4th grade, and Maddox, who will be moving on to 2nd grade at IHM. Isabella has been a tremendous role model to her siblings, her classmates, and our entire student body.

Throughout her years at IHM, Isabella has consistently earned Honor Roll and Christian Values Awards, reflecting her dedication and strong character. Isabella also enjoyed exciting seasons as part of our Girls Varsity Volleyball Team, where she created wonderful friendships and moments alongside her teammates.

We are also proud to share that Isabella, along with her classmate Nathan and Sara, received the prestigious Onward Scholars Award. Through this recognition, Isabella will receive a tuition scholarship, mentorship, college access support, and a stipend for her academic and career interests throughout her four years of high school.
