A lot of my poker students ask me if there are any books that I can recommend them. Of all the poker books I have read, these are by far my favorites and they have shaped me into the poker player I am today.
The Theory of Poker is a classic that taught me many of the fundamentals.
Small Stakes Hold’em taught me the important statistics and how to beat online poker.
Professional No-Limit Hold’em taught me how to take my game to the next level and understand stack-size adjustments.
Secrets of Professional Tournament Poker taught me how to transition from my cash game background to also do well in tournaments.
There have been so many other influences that have been critical in the development of my game, but I couldn’t be the poker player I am today without the help of these books.
