In observance of the holiday season, USCard Services will have reduced hours beginning December 23 and will be closed from December 25 through January 1. Regular operating hours will resume on January 2.

We are pleased to offer a limited-time opportunity for you to replace your USCard at a discounted rate of $10 instead of the standard $25 fee. This offer is available to all students, but we are promoting it specifically to graduating students who may be leaving campus soon. Your USCard is your official identification on campus but will also serve as a reminder of your college life and time at USC.

The replacement card promotion will take place Monday, April 22 - Friday, April 26. To take advantage of this offer, simply submit a request for a replacement ID. You will only be charged $10. Please note that this promotion is only available for a limited time, and the discounted rate of $10 applies only to pick-up requests submitted during the promotion period. If you would like an ID mailed, the standard replacement fee of $25 will be applied.
All requests are to be submitted online at Get Your USCard . Once your replacement card is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to collect your new card.

In honor of Woman’s History Month and Employee Appreciation Day, USCard would like to feature our very own Loryetta (Lory) Council, Customer Service Manager.

Lory has been with USC for over 30 years, starting in Housing, moving to Student Financial Services, and then transitioning over to USCard Services. She’s a loyal employee, selfless volunteer, and a community pillar all while still being an amazing mother, friend, and mentor.

Beautiful does not define this staff member as she radiates joy and positivity every single time you encounter her. She is the definition of our unifying values as she embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, promotes well-being, engages in open communication, she acts with integrity in striving for excellence.
